How to Play the Hockey Card Game

The Hockey Card Game is a game in which hockey enthusiasts can enjoy using a hockey concept.

The goal during the Hockey Game will be to score as much goals as you possibly can. There will be 3 different periods played and then at the conclusion of this game every person accumulates their score for the 3 periods to find out the champion.

Directions

You will need: A Deck of cards, Pen or pencil, as well as a Piece of paper.

Locate several friends to play. The Hockey Game was created mainly to be enjoyed with 4 people, playing with 2 teams of 2 people each.

Have the participants sit at a table so there's 2 partnerships, having all member for the partnership seated across from their teammate.

Deal out thirteen cards to every person. Let everyone check out their cards.

The person having the 4 of clubs will go first laying it face up. Play will then advance around the table clockwise having all players playing 1 card on their turn.

Score a goal when a person plays a card which matches the rank of the card the participant just before them played.

The two conditions will be 3's and J's, they're considered saves and no one may score a goal by playing a card over them.

The exception to that is when a 2 will be played. A 2 always counts for being a goal, even when it doesn't match up with the card which had been played prior to it, or if it's played following a 3 or a jack.

Gather the cards, and then deal one more hand. 3 hands should be played to have a full game. At the conclusion of the game the scores for every partnership from the 3 hands, or periods which they are classified as in hockey, will be totalled. The team having the top score will be the winner.
