Layout
Take the eight 2’s (the deuces) within the 2 decks of cards, and put them in a row of 8. Those are the basic foundations. Shuffle the rest of the cards and deal 8 cards facing upward below the deuces. These are the 8 stacks that form the tableaus.
Save the remainder of these cards to the left of the foundation. The discard stack which will be between the foundation and the remainder of the cards and will begin the game empty.
The Play
The foundation builds upward, sticking to suit. Aces are the highest, and therefore are the final card that will get added to all tableau. (For those who win, each of the tableaus would display Aces at the top.)Tableaus building downward, as well follow suit, and also have Aces as the highest (in order that you can use a King over the Ace).
The highest card of every tableau as well as the discard stack will be accessible to use upon tableaus as well as the foundation. Furthermore, complete tableau stacks can be selected and transferred upon a different tableau stack.

The Deal
