Card Game Spoons Rules

A great game for children and adults to play.

Card Game Spoons can be played with 3 to 13 players
using a standard deck of cards

Goal
To become the first one to collect 4 cards of the identical rank. If an opponent beats you to the objective, you don’t want to be the last to know it.

Setup
For each person in the game, you need 4 cards of the identical rank from the deck. For example, having five people you could use the Aces, 2s, 3s, 4s and 5s.

Shuffle the cards and deal them to the people. Every player should have 4 cards.

Game Play
Players all together choose one card out of their own hands, pass this card to the opponent on their left, and get the card they've gotten from the opponent on their right. Each player cannot have more than 4 cards in their hand, thus it is illegal for any player to get a new card before transferring one to the left.

Whenever a person accumulates 4 of a kind, they do one of the next few actions, based upon which version of the game is being played:

• Spoons: As quietly as you can, get 1 and place it in front of yourself.

• Pig: Quietly put a finger on the tip of your own nose.

• Tongue: Silently, but visibly, stick out your own tongue.

Whenever 1 person performs this, every other player need to do similarly as soon as possible. The last player to stick out their tongue will be the loser.

Scoring
The final player to do the action of the specific game will be the loser and is eliminated from the game. Remove a group of 4 cards from the deck and play another round.

Winning
The last 2 players in the game will be co-winners.
